Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Critical Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize database performance and application speed to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver feature roadmaps on time.
- Deployment & CI/CD: Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, integration, and deployment to cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or Angular/Vue), and Node.js (or Python/Java).
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile team setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Availability: Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time schedule.
