What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone and email, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity problems and printer errors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices and assist in larger projects.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure office equipment remains operational.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.

- Reliability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
