What You Will Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust software solutions that drive business growth. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and a passion for quality code.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- System Optimization: Continuously improve application performance, user experience, and security protocols.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is required.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and back-end architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
