Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize Kubernetes deployments and container orchestration
- Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Monitor system performance using Prometheus/Grafana and ELK stack
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues
- Drive security best practices (compliance, vulnerability scanning)
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Proven track record with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic)
- Knowledge of infrastructure security (CIS benchmarks, IAM)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
