Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability of services.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
