- Document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
