Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations with high accuracy and speed to meet daily production quotas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO) in the storage areas.
- Ensure the loading docks are organized and ready for incoming/outgoing truck deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of operational tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one within the first week of employment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility (mandatory for night shift workers).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a positive attitude.
