Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks and freight with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotational schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
