What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer communications and resolve inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and speed.
- Coordinate and track inventory shipments to ensure accurate delivery times and maintain stock levels.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
