Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee stock transfers, and ensure accurate documentation of all stock movements.
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on operational procedures and equipment usage.
- Resolve operational issues on the floor promptly and report major concerns to management.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving tasks are completed accurately and within the designated timeframe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational or fixed schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
