Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift warehouse operations and staff
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor new team members
- Resolve operational issues during shift
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP a plus)
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
