Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Inventory: Oversee stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records for the weekend shifts.
- Facility Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients and vendors professionally to resolve inquiries and process orders efficiently.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, update tracking systems, and generate daily operational reports.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) and strong attention to detail.
