Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing warehouse storage areas
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
