Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails during night hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and accuracy.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor throughout shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
