Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients with precision and speed.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
