Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during peak call times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection (if working remotely) or access to the office.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
