Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers to ensure code quality and project success.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging sessions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
