Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and network devices.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we will sponsor training).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional site visits.
