Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and security access levels.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and uptime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete IT certifications.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
