Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand our value proposition.
- Document all interactions and resolutions within the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
