Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead API development and integration with third-party financial systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance to handle 10K+ transactions/sec
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with Product and Security teams on compliance requirements
- Drive architectural decisions for scalability and resilience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level Java development
- Expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Strong AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Proven track record of delivering cloud-native applications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
