Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and related hardware/software infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot server environments, including Windows Server and Linux distributions.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive company data.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff regarding hardware and software issues.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Systems Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Virtualization technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX.
