You will work closely with our engineering teams, designers, and executive stakeholders to architect solutions that not only meet current market demands but anticipate the needs of the next decade. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological feasibility.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to integrate into our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to define product specifications, features, and user stories.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and potential threats.
- Drive the product vision by communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Mentor product managers and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and concept to launch, iteration, and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven experience leading the creation of long-term strategic roadmaps (3-5 year horizon) with a focus on future technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment or a large-scale enterprise setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
