Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps by synthesizing global trends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Develop predictive models using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms and big data analytics
- Partner with R&D to incubate exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, synthetic biology)
- Produce visionary whitepapers and keynote presentations at Davos, CES, and Web Summit
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years foresight experience
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 case studies of accurate 5-year predictions)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic risk modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, climate tech, and neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford Foresight Programme)
- Portfolio published in journals like Future Studies or Technological Forecasting
