Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Author white papers on market disruption scenarios and resilience strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech journals
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, ACFS)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
