Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps
- Produce quarterly Future Briefings for executive leadership with data-driven predictions
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate solutions) into product pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for cutting-edge research
- Design and deploy organizational change initiatives to prepare for 2026 workforce and market shifts
- Monitor global geopolitical and technological signals to identify strategic risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex concepts to executives
