What You'll Do: Lead cross-functional teams in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting. Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy. Develop predictive models for market disruption and opportunity identification. Present findings to global stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Develop 2026 innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for product development
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused R&D investments
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
