Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end development of the company's 2026 strategic roadmap, identifying key growth vectors and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and economic shifts to predict how they will impact our business by 2026.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key industry leaders and tech innovators to secure our position for the future.
- Executive Advisory: Provide high-level strategic counsel to the C-suite, translating complex data into actionable business intelligence.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to allocate resources effectively toward long-term strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders and investors with clarity and persuasive impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Studies, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Forecasting Expertise: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term (3+ year) strategic initiatives and market forecasts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
