In this role, you will act as the primary technical strategist, bridging the gap between high-level research concepts and scalable production engineering. You will guide a high-performance team in exploring cutting-edge technologies, ensuring our roadmap aligns with global market trends and technological breakthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive architectural vision and technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) to determine integration potential.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business goals.
- Oversee the prototyping and development cycles, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, long-term technical projects or initiatives.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on future trends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments.
