Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of next-generation generative AI solutions at Nebula Innovations. As we scale our operations to meet the demands of the near future, we need a technical expert who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready applications.
In this role, you will architect scalable machine learning pipelines, optimize large language models (LLMs), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative products that define the industry standard for 2025 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune complex neural networks and deep learning architectures.
- System Optimization: Improve model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Deployment: Implement MLOps strategies to ensure reliable and scalable model deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new methodologies and integrating them into our tech stack.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define AI requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Ethical AI: Ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with emerging regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
