- Drive Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Automation) to gain a competitive edge.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology initiatives support broader business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the budgeting and resource planning process for large-scale technology initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for future tech implementations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for the technological landscape 3-5 years in advance.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving change within large organizations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
