Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year roadmaps for emerging tech integration (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting climate-positive technology adoption
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients on next-gen digital transformation
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers and engineering fellows
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits on future tech policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Deep knowledge of US innovation policy (CHIPS Act, NIST guidelines)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
