Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, robust, and secure machine learning pipelines tailored for high-volume 2026 enterprise environments.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-Agent Systems, evaluating emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize proprietary models to ensure maximum performance, latency reduction, and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps, providing mentorship and strategic direction to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Deployment & MLOps: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models into production environments using containerized and serverless architectures.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred for architecture roles).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Modeling Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
