Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with mobile-first products
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ user-centered design projects with measurable results
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work in-office in Los Angeles starting immediately
