Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews, partnering with engineering leaders to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and track recruitment metrics.
- Negotiate offers, manage background checks, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the San Jose/Silicon Valley market.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets and timelines.
