- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.

- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure seamless modernization by 2026.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading long-term technical roadmaps (3-5 year planning).

- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring senior engineering teams.
