Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
- Publish findings in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing architecture experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical computer science
- Experience leading technical teams in startup or R&D environments
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-NISQ roadmaps
