Job Description
Shape the Future of Computing
We are seeking a visionary 2026 Quantum Readiness Architect to lead our strategic transition into the next era of computational power. At TechNova Dynamics, we don't just predict the future; we engineer it. In this pivotal role, you will define the architectural blueprints for hybrid quantum-classical systems, ensuring our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and ready for the quantum leap.
Join a team of elite engineers and strategists working at the forefront of technology. If you are passionate about cryptography, systems architecture, and the transformative potential of quantum computing, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable architectures for hybrid quantum-classical systems, focusing on long-term interoperability and performance.
- PQC Roadmap Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for migrating legacy systems to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standards, ensuring data security against future quantum threats.
- Infrastructure Integration: Oversee the integration of Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and cloud-based quantum simulators into existing enterprise infrastructures.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our Research & Development team to pilot emerging quantum algorithms and evaluate their practical applications for enterprise solutions.
- Stakeholder Readiness: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate leadership and technical teams on the implications of the 2026 computing landscape.
- Legacy Migration: Develop and execute technical strategies for decommissioning insecure legacy protocols in favor of quantum-resistant security measures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, cybersecurity, or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane. Deep understanding of current NIST PQC standardization processes.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with experience deploying specialized hardware solutions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges and think critically about future-proofing solutions.
