We are seeking a visionary SEO Specialist to define our organic growth strategy for the year 2026 and beyond. As the landscape of search evolves with AI, voice technology, and semantic intent, we need a leader who can look past current trends and build sustainable, future-proof digital ecosystems.
In this role, you will own the SEO roadmap, driving traffic growth through technical excellence, content strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 SEO Roadmap: Develop long-term strategies that anticipate changes in search algorithms, including AI-driven search results and voice search optimization.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct deep-dive audits to improve site architecture, core web vitals, and crawlability for complex enterprise platforms.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to implement semantic SEO strategies that align with user intent and topical authority.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and proprietary tools to track KPIs, generate actionable insights, and report on ROI.
- Link Building & Authority: Execute white-hat link acquisition strategies to build domain authority and drive referral traffic.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic Python scripting is highly preferred for automation tasks.
- Tools: Advanced user of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Mindset: Ability to think strategically about the future of search (AI/ML integration) while executing daily tactical tasks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
