Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to dominate organic search rankings for target verticals.
- Lead on-page optimization efforts, ensuring semantic relevance and adherence to the latest Google Core Web Vitals.
- Manage and execute white-hat link building campaigns to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle.
- Analyze complex analytics data (GA4, Search Console) to report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or e-commerce setting.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) fundamentals.
- Proficiency in SEO auditing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4).
- Strong understanding of Google's algorithm updates (BERT, Helpful Content, Page Experience) and how to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
