Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs, optimize database performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate or startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, urgent hiring environment.
