Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Python.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring high availability and security standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex bugs and improve system reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
