Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the highest standards of code quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures for enterprise applications.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers and interns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and deliver features on time.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through rigorous testing and deployment strategies.
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development using modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
