Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to architecture decisions for cloud-native applications
- Automate testing frameworks to ensure 99.9% system reliability
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud platform knowledge
- Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira
