Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps implementation
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design RESTful APIs with Go and Node.js for high-traffic platforms
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption)
- Collaborate with product teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Go, Node.js, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong background in event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
