Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack capacity.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
