Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions to improve system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specs, and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in Python or Java is required; familiarity with JavaScript/React is a plus.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
