Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and drive product vision.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance improvements.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop automated testing strategies and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go. Strong understanding of React or Node.js.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS or GCP is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a passion for debugging and optimizing code.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
