Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and familiarity with modern web technologies (React, Angular, Node.js).
- Strong experience with relational databases (SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
