Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features on tight deadlines.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical bugs and performance issues in production environments.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Document technical specifications and architecture to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in at least one primary programming language (Python, Java, or C#) and familiarity with others.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
